IndiDesign built a unique brand identity, including naming, visual identity, and communication design for Grand Port Hospital, a specialist and integrated care institution that aims to offer breakthrough therapies with the highest quality care.

Established as a partnership between the Mumbai Port Trust and Ajeenkya DY Patil Group, the erstwhile Mumbai Port Trust Hospital needed a new identity that matched its vision of providing exceptional medical care and creating healthier communities with a focus on education and prevention.

IndiDesign proposed the name “Grand Port Hospital” for its simplicity and effectiveness in conveying its identity. It also ties into the hospital’s lineage of being a hospital by a port. The new colour palette, blue and yellow, signifies health, healing, and energy. The logo achieves symmetry with the hospital’s initials and communicates the institution’s purpose by incorporating the universal symbol of healthcare.

IndiDesign created a fresh, modern, and clear visual identity and communication system that adheres to the hospital’s core values and helps address its patients’ needs. It enables the hospital to establish a new personality that aligns with its progressive mission and vision.
